• Maintenance & Support Retainers: Recurring monthly software maintenance, dependency upgrades, telemetry monitoring, and patch verification ($250 to $1,500 per month).
• Hourly Codebase Refactoring: Senior-level software refactoring, query optimization, legacy migrations, and API integrations ($75 to $160 per hour).

What we do not provide: Silverpatway does not sell generic marketing brochure sites, off-the-shelf software licenses, shared retail web hosting, consumer retail products, or speculative performance-marketing lead arbitrage. We work exclusively on verified business software projects where our direct engineering ownership delivers measurable operational efficiency.

• Custom Web Services: $5,000 to $50,000 per project (typical project budget: $15,000 to $50,000). Initial operational releases typically launch within 1 to 2 weeks.
• Maintenance Retainers: $250 to $1,500 per month, billed on a recurring monthly cycle.
• Hourly Technical Work: $75 to $160 per hour, logged and billed against verified repository commits and sprint reviews.

The exact quote for any project depends on six specific technical drivers:

1. Project architectural complexity (micro-frontends, event-driven queues, background workers).
2. Documented scope of work and data entity models.
3. Number of dedicated engineering specialists required.
4. Team seniority tier (senior full-stack engineering lead).
5. Third-party system integrations (payment gateways, ERP, legacy databases, CRM, external REST/GraphQL APIs).
6. Platform architecture (Node.js/TypeScript backend, PostgreSQL, Python APIs, modular vanilla/React components).

Scope changes requested after SOW execution are documented in written change orders detailing any adjustment to milestones or delivery dates prior to implementation.

Warranty Disclaimers and As-Is Presentation

Except as expressly provided in an executed SOW or the 30-day warranty in Clause 08, this website and its preliminary materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Silverpatway makes no representations that the website will operate uninterrupted or free of transient network errors. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Commercial Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable North Carolina and United States law:

1. In no event shall Silverpatway or Ivan Petrov be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including loss of business profits, data corruption, or operational downtime, arising from website use or delayed project scoping.

Right to Refuse Service and Termination

Silverpatway reserves the right to decline any inquiry, project proposal, or consultation request at our professional discretion. We routinely decline projects that:

• Conflict with established engineering security standards or data protection laws.
• Require opaque proprietary locks, unverified commercial binaries, or bundled adware.
• Involve speculative equity-only compensation models without funded operational budgets.
• Demonstrate abusive or hostile communication toward our personnel.

Either party may terminate an ongoing maintenance retainer upon thirty (30) days' written notice, subject to the final settlement of all earned monthly fees and code repository handover.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms, their interpretation, and any contractual or non-contractual disputes arising from them shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Both parties agree that any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising under or relating to these terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Charlotte, North Carolina (Mecklenburg County). You expressly consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts and waive any objection grounded in forum non conveniens.

Modifications to These Commercial Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in our service offerings, technical tooling, statutory standards, or ad platform advertising policies.
